My foundation in behavioral health is built upon a B.S. in Psychology from Union Institute & University and over 25 years of professional experience. My work has encompassed roles within behavioral health hospitals, social programs, and government sectors, providing a comprehensive understanding of diverse needs and challenges.

My areas of specialization include family dynamics, neuroscience, and human development, with a strong emphasis on promoting well-being across the lifespan. I am the founder of Exceptionally U Academy, an initiative focused on developing collaborative strategies to address critical issues such as depression, anxiety, addiction, and suicide prevention, guiding individuals toward self-mastery. I also serve as a consultant, speaker, author, and recognized expert in ecological and biopsychosocial frameworks.
